About Us

Royco Properties, an income focused real estate investment and operating company, was founded in 1954 to provide Shareholders with disciplined growth of income and value for long term, tax advantaged ownership through strategic operation of, and investment in, income producing real estate.

Aquisition Criteria

Royco seeks generational assets that transcend their tenancy and can withstand market fluctuations, between $2 and $25 million in all investment grade asset classes.

Leadership Team

  • President & Chief Executive Officer

    Brian is a 40-year real estate veteran with leadership experience at Equus Capital Partners, The JBG Companies, and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. Known for driving revenue and creating value, he’s a results-oriented leader with expertise across all property types and responsibilities.

  • Controller

    Jennifer is the Controller bringing over 36 years of experience to her role. She oversees all company accounting services, including operations, audits, and business tax. In addition to her responsibilities at Royco, Jennifer is professionally affiliated with AICPA and MACPA.

  • Property Manager

    Terri has been a Property Manager at Royco for over 13 years, maintaining strong relationships with the tenants and closely supporting their businesses. She manages a wide range of responsibilities, from leasing to overseeing capital improvement projects, including tenant buildouts across the entire portfolio.

  • Acquisitions

    Roy is responsible for identifying and acquiring generational assets that ensure long-term growth of income and value for Royco. In addition to acquisitions, he manages financing with lenders and collaborates with brokers on potential asset dispositions. Previously, as SVP at Equus Capital Partners, Roy led the acquisition of over 15 million square feet of properties, establishing the company’s presence in Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, North Carolina, Houston, and Dallas.
